Can I give out the number of the call center? Most call centers will encourage you to advertise the number of their center. Only those employees that are working for your business will answer your calls.
How will workers know what information needs to be asked and the information about my company? There will be a logical script mapped out before the process starts. The operators will know what questions to ask and how to answer caller's questions.
Will operators take care of credit card information? Yes, most calling services will completely take care of all of your calling needs including taking credit card information for a sale.
What does "patching" mean? Patching means that if there is a call of that warrants immediate attention by you, the operator will place the call on hold and contact you. Once you are contacted, the operator will transfer the call over to you as if you were working in the same office as the operator.
Can my orders be processed? As with taking credit card information, most calling center services will handle whatever processes are needed.
Can the call center relay messages to multiple recipients? Yes call center services can relay messages to several recipients and they do not even have to be using the same method of receiving messages. Meaning the same message can be sent to emails, phones, cell phones, pagers, etc.
Can I forward my cell phone to the call center? Yes, most call centers will allow you to forward whatever numbers necessitate handling your business calls.
How long does it take to get set up? It takes one day or a few at most, depending on the extent of what your company needs to be handled by the call center.
