Can I give out the number of the call center?
Most call centers will encourage you to advertise the number of their center. Only those employees that are working for your business will answer your calls.

How will workers know what information needs to be asked and the information about my company?
There will be a logical script mapped out before the process starts. The operators will know what questions to ask and how to answer caller's questions.
