How We Do It

Tele-Center maintains a proprietary database of over 125 leading Call Centers and Telemarketing Companies. Participating companies complete an in-depth vendor survey that contains 55 evaluation points that determines each company's "best price" and "best strength". For every program it receives, Tele-Center (1) matches the requirements of the program against each service provider's capabilities, (2) selects three or more qualified service providers whose services match the requirements of the programs, and (3) contacts each selected service provider who, in turn, contacts you. You choose the company that best satisfies the requirements of your program.

What It Costs
