Regional Sales Agent
The Regional Sales Agent will be responsible for acquiring new vendors utilizing outbound sales skills and experience. All sales are business-to-business, with regular communications being held with senior executives, sole proprietors, marketing and sales professionals. Potential candidates should be comfortable moving past gatekeepers, speaking with decision makers, and understand the process of selling over the phone. Sales representatives will be expected to complete a high volume of calls and contacts for sales opportunities each day.

Ideal candidates must possess an excellent work ethic, strong verbal communication skills, solid business writing skills and a results driven desire to succeed.

Requirements:

* College degree required.
* Previous B2B sales experience required.
* Proven ability in cold calling, prospecting and closing accounts
* Possess a "hunter mentality" and a desire to over-achieve
* Solid communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to self assess
* Experience with the internet, and proficiency with software such as MS Word, Excel, and MS Outlook
* Extremely organized, able to manage multiple priorities

Service Representative

Responsibilities:

In this entry-level position, you will handle verifying account information over the phone, handle inbound sales calls, customer inquiries, explain services, and troubleshoot. You will educate customers on the nature of the network and the service offering provided based on the customers specific needs.

Ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, positive team environment, is able to work individually and as a team member to solve problems.

Requirements:

* Previous customer service experience necessary
* Able to multi-task while working with interruptions
* Self-motivated, quick learner, good recall
* Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Solid Understanding of website navigation
* Well spoken, great phone voice
* Solid written communication skills
* Positive, professional, and patient attitude with customers and co-workers
* Detail oriented team player with meets deadlines.
* Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
* Ability to handle inbound sales calls and any sales assistance as needed
* B.A./B.S. not required, but preferred

Web Developer

Responsibility:

In this position, the candidate must be a well rounded ASP.net developer to assist in customizations of the companies E-commerce application and various other projects. Ideal candidate will have experience in customizing web based applications and should be familiar with E-commerce systems. Candidate should also possess general web design skills, ability to integrate various features to websites as well and code custom features.

Requirements:

* Attention to detail, organization
* Effective communication skills
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Primary Skills:

ASP.net v1.1 & some 2.0, C#, ASP. Some SQL Server experience

Secondary skills:

HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Some PHP, MySQL would be a plus. Some understanding of SEO would be valued.
