Return Policy
To be considered for credit, returns must be submitted within 48 business hours
of the lead being posted to your VendorSeek.com account.
ACCEPTABLE REASONS FOR RETURNING A LEAD REQUEST:
- The lead request does not meet the requested parameters outlined in your
vendor profile on the Additional Parameters page corresponding to the category
the lead is for. (e.g.. Volume does not meet requested criteria, geographic
constraints etc)
- The contact information provided in the lead request proves to be inaccurate.
(e.g. Wrong phone number, incorrect email address, or false contact name,
make it impossible to contact customer)
- The lead request contains information within the scope of the request that
is inaccurate or misleading and in turn creates the lead to not fall in to
the outlined vendor parameters. (e.g. Customer requests a Call Center that
will handle over 10,000 inbound calls per month…upon contact of customer,
the actual volume is 100 calls per month. Vendors can return such leads if
they have previously outlined in their vendor profile parameters detailing
a minimum call volume that this lead request now does not exceed)
- The lead request was placed by a company in the same industry in effort
to gain competitive intelligence.
- The lead request is a duplicate to another lead recently received. (Credit
will only be provided if the lead contains identical contact information and
is for the same services as requested in the first lead.)
UNACCEPTABLE REASONS FOR RETURNING A LEAD REQUEST:
- Pricing constraints. VendorSeek.com cannot be held responsible for vendors
pricing structure.
- Additional parameters that are not detailed in your vendor profile. VendorSeek.com
cannot be held accountable for parameters, which are not outlined in vendor’s
profile.
- Time frame in which customer is utilizing to make a purchase
- Vendor does not retrieve lead request in a timely fashion and does not
wish to be charged for lead. VendorSeek.com cannot be responsible for the
time frame or frequency in which vendors monitor and or follow-up with lead
requests.
METHOD OF RETURNING LEADS
Lead Requests can be returned by accessing the RETURN LEAD submission form.
You can access this form when you are logged into your account and viewing the
lead you wish to return, click on the Return Lead box in the right column. Upon
accessing the RETURN LEAD form, vendors must:
- Provide the lead number that wish to return and the date it was received
- Provide full detail as to the reason for the return
- Submit the form for review.
APPROVAL PROCESS OF RETURNED LEAD REQUEST
Vendors will receive a confirmation outlining that VendorSeek.com has received
their Lead Return Request via the Vendor Message Board available in your account.
Should a lead request be approved as a return, a message notifying you will
appear in your online Vendor Message Board and a credit will be added to your
account for the cost of the lead in question.
Should VendorSeek.com decline to return the lead request in question, a message
notifying you will appear in your online Vendor Message Board and no credited
will be provided for the lead request.
